Account Registration

To create an account on Bet Jell, you must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information. Each person is permitted to hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

The details you provide at registration — name, mobile number, and email — must be accurate and your own. Providing false information may result in your account being closed at any time.

• You are responsible for keeping your account password secure.

• Sharing or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• You may be asked to submit identity documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

Age Restrictions & Eligibility

Bet Jell services are available to individuals aged 18 and above only. Registration and use by minors is strictly prohibited. Proof of identity may be requested at any time for age verification purposes.

If a minor is found to be using the platform, the account will be closed immediately and the full balance will be forfeited.

• No one under the age of 18 is permitted to create or use an account.
• Users from certain countries outside Bangladesh may be subject to access restrictions.
• If a restricted country restriction applies, accounts belonging to users in that region will be automatically closed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Betting Rules

Once a bet is placed on Bet Jell, it is considered final. Bets cannot be cancelled or changed after confirmation, unless they were accepted incorrectly due to a technical error.

In live betting, odds can change at any moment. If a bet is accepted after the odds have changed due to network delay, the latest available odds will apply.

• If an event is cancelled, your stake will be refunded.
• If a match is abandoned or suspended, the outcome will be determined in accordance with Bet Jell's established rules.
• Maximum bet limits vary by event and market.
• Official sources are used to determine results for Sports Betting.
• Any bet placed during a technical fault in a casino game may be voided.

Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on the Bet Jell platform. Any attempt to commit fraud, engage in deceptive practices, or exploit system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage will result in immediate action.

• Operating multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Bonus abuse or artificial betting to fulfil bonus conditions.
• Betting using match fixing or insider information.
• Using automated bots or software for betting.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or deceiving other users.

Account Closure & Suspension

Users may request to close their account at any time. Any pending bets will be settled first, after which the remaining balance will be returned. To close your account, please email our support team.

Bet Jell may also suspend or permanently close an account at its own discretion if there is evidence of any rule violation.

• If you voluntarily close your account, any valid balance will be returned to you.
• As part of responsible gaming, you can temporarily or permanently lock your account at any time.
• Accounts closed due to rule violations may not be eligible for a balance refund.

Limitation of Liability

Bet Jell is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the platform — unless caused entirely by Bet Jell's own wilful actions. Bet Jell is not responsible for internet disconnections, device issues, or disruptions to third-party services.

• Users bear full responsibility for any financial losses resulting from gaming.
• If a loss occurs due to a technical error, Bet Jell will endeavor to provide equivalent compensation.
